Host your one-day event. A SkyTree representative will assist with setup, management, and teardown, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

We limit our service area to ensure our representatives can travel to your location and provide hands-on assistance. This helps us maintain high-quality support and smooth event operations.

Commercial venue to host the event

Having a commercial venue ensures there is sufficient space and facilities to accommodate the event, contributing to its success.

Ability to make at least $1,000.00 in sales at the one-day event

This sales target helps ensure the event is financially viable for both your organization and SkyTree, enabling us to continue offering this opportunity.

2+ adult volunteers to host the event

Having at least two adult volunteers ensures that there are enough people to manage the event smoothly, handle sales, and engage with attendees effectively.

To host a pop-up event, you must be located within 200 miles of our headquarters in Conroe, TX 77301, be able to make at least $1,000 in sales and have a commercial venue to host. The host will be required to serve as the point of contact for our SkyTree representative team, market the event to the community, and be present on location during the event, including during setup and tear down.

I am not within 200 miles of 77301. What are my options?

While we hope to be able to serve your organization soon, we would love for you to petition that the schools in your local school district or local private schools switch to SkyTree Book Fairs. Submit our fair petition form to the school to inform the administrators about our mission and resources!

Who can be invited to the event?

Anyone can be invited to your pop-up event. We recommend our event hosts promote their fairs by reaching out to local homeschool groups and like-minded nonprofits, as well as promoting the event to the general public through their social media, facebook groups, and email newsletters. It’s always a good idea to offer an incentive such as free hot cocoa or popsicles to draw in a crowd!
