The host will be required to serve as the point of contact for our SkyTree representative team, market the event to the community, and be present on location during the event, including during setup and tear down.

While we hope to be able to serve your organization soon, we would love for you to petition that the schools in your local school district or local private schools switch to SkyTree Book Fairs. Submit our fair petition form to the school to inform the administrators about our mission and resources!

Anyone can be invited to your pop-up event. We recommend our event hosts promote their fairs by reaching out to local homeschool groups and like-minded nonprofits, as well as promoting the event to the general public through their social media, facebook groups, and email newsletters. It’s always a good idea to offer an incentive such as free hot cocoa or popsicles to draw in a crowd!
