We are often asked…

What are the financial costs of hosting a fair for the school?

NOTHING! It is completely free to host a SkyTree Book Fair. Through generous donors, we are able to cover the taxes as well as the shipping (to the school and back to our warehouses).

What dates are available to host?

When you apply, the form will indicate what dates are available to host with us. If the date is unable to be selected, we are currently booked during those days. Schools can host a fair for three to ten business days.

I’m with a homeschool group. Am I considered a school or an organization?

Homeschool groups are considered organizations. Learn more under the Learn about our events tab.

Do you restock during the week?

We currently do not offer restocking during the book fair week. Our staff expertly packages your title quantities based on your application. To ensure adequate stock, it’s incredibly important to fill out your application as accurately as possible.

Which schools are eligible for a fair?

We serve public and private schools in the USA. We are not able to serve Canada currently. We hope to go worldwide one day through the generous support of our donors!

Do you provide checkout registers for the fair?

Yes! We provide all-inclusive registers, accepting all major cards, cash, and checks plus SkyTree Gift cards. In order to ensure accuracy and to allow our team to track your sales throughout the week, you must use our register system.
